Miss Heritage International Shital Upare to make her debut with Marathi film.
Film industry is often full of cliches, but there are exceptions. One such clutter-breaker is First Miss Heritage International India winner Shital K Upare. Instead of making an acting debut in films through Bollywood or even a South film, she has chosen to do a Marathi film - Indian Premache Lafda (IPL) as her first film. She feels that she owes her allegiance to the Marathi film industry and there could be no better film than IPL to kickstart her film journey.
Shital hails from Yavatmal. She was earlier crowned as Indian History's first Miss Progress International India 2014. Shital later moved on to Singapore, where she was also flying the world's best airliner Singapore Airlines. She returned to India for a beauty pageant, and went on win the title as well as bag a film. Having officially been crowned 'Miss Heritage International India', Shital will be representing India in International Finale in Nepal, this December.
