Kick

Releasing On : Friday, July 25 2014
Director(s) : Sajid Nadiadwala
Genre : Thriller

Rating-1*

Salman always believes in being human be it through spreading messages to three people in Jai ho or riding a bicycle in kick for better health.this film is sold expensively so the prediction is not of 100 crore but of expected 300 crore blockbuster film.

The story is a copy of Dhoom 3 where Aamir challenges, loots bank and distributes among poor the same way does Salman in Kick. Im amazed that how Sajid Nadiadwala and Salman Khan dared to make a film like this. If Sajid Nadiadwala wanted to make the same movie than what's the use of keeping rights of tbe movie? He has written a great script like Riteish's Marathi Debut starrer "Lai Bhari" and he could have penned a better story than copying Kick.

The movie is same to same as Kick in Malayalam and Tamil than why the screenplay writers were required? Dialogues are ok and Music is better than "Jai ho". Nargis Fakhri's item song was amazing followed by Mika's Jumme ki raat and Salman has sung Hangover song. In dancing it was confusion created by Ahmed Khan the choreographer who has done a lot better in past has failed in the film.

Location and camera work is amazing but editing is horrible. Salman as an actor is known by the world but in this film God only knows what he was up to. Nawazuddin Sidduiqui is a good actor but he just wants to be 100% like Irrfan Khan. Randeep Hooda has done justice to the role and Jacqueline has shown some great moves but was in complete dress and no hotness exposed in the film like Katrina did in Dhoom 3. But Jacqueline is no where near her and other characters like Mithun Chakraborty, Sanjay Mishra are just disgusting and feel like kicking.Action despite being having experts from foreign it was never close to Dhoom 3 and gets 2 kicks fhis time.

Direction of Sajid Nadiadwala has gone wrong though he is a great Director but the problem is he was totally dependent on Salman and other technicians. He felt the film just because it has Salman can do anything. It is proved there is a vast difference in criticising ang making a film. We have Khalid Mohammed as a critic who himself made useless films.

The problem with Salman is that he thinks he is the only Superstar of india and can make any film super hit by taking anyone. He thinks Shahrukh and Aamir Khan are mad who took Deepika Padukone in Chennai Express and Katrina Kaif in Dhoom 3 If you have to make a film reaching 300 crore than you have to have heroines of that calibre. If you don't agree than no one is at loss except you and one day you have to accept this.

Finally, its a brainless and hopeless film so I give one kick which means 1 star and business rating is 7 star it can make a business around 175 crores. Don't think too much about Kick cos "Ye Dil main aati hai samajh main nahi"... enjoy kicking
